What is a riff?
A riff is a short musical phrase that repeats, usually just a few notes or chords. Think of the opening of a song you can name in two seconds. A lot of songs start as a riff: somebody plays a little idea, it sticks, and the rest of the song gets built around it.
Is this the TC Electronic WireTap Riff Recorder pedal?
No. The WireTap was a guitar pedal that has since been discontinued. Riff Recorder is a new app from a different builder, with no connection to that pedal.
